Grays 1 got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Coca singled to right field, Milford 1 committed an error, and Ray Wallman grounded into a fielder’s choice, each scoring one run.
Grays 1 scored nine runs on five hits in the bottom of the second inning. Coca singled, scoring one run, Jayce Ingram singled, scoring one run, Carlos Santana grounded out, scoring one run, Jacari Reid singled, scoring two runs, Damion Montillas drew a walk, scoring one run, and Coca singled, scoring three runs.
Milford 1 scored six runs on one hit in the top of the fifth inning. Nick drew a walk, scoring one run, Wyatt drew a walk, scoring one run, Jack drew a walk, scoring one run, Aiden singled, scoring one run, a wild pitch scored one run, and an error scored one run.
Montillas earned the win for Grays 1. The righty allowed one hit and one run over three innings, striking out six and walking four. Gavin took the loss for Milford 1. The starter went one and two-thirds innings, giving up 10 runs (five earned) on seven hits, striking out none and walking four. Carmelo Ramos collected the save. Coca pitched one inning of no-run ball for Grays 1 in relief. The reliever gave up zero hits, striking out one and walking one.
